With over a decade of experience across a range of industries—including manufacturing, agriculture, e-commerce, and aviation—Elenor Parillon is a results-driven Continuous Improvement Engineer with a strong record of optimizing operational performance. Her expertise lies in identifying inefficiencies, applying Lean methodologies, and leading sustainable initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support strategic goals.

Elenor led cross-functional initiatives, conducted root cause analyses to mitigate disruptions, and streamlined workflows to improve scalability and efficiency. In her previous roles, she developed and implemented standard operating procedures, leveraged production data to drive continuous improvement, and championed a culture of operational excellence.

Elenor holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an Executive MBA. Her background as a Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Specialist in the U.S. Army has equipped her with a mission-oriented, disciplined approach to problem-solving and leadership.

Hannibal Fleming

Dr. Hannibal M. Fleming, DBA, PE, ATD, is an accomplished executive and mission-critical systems expert with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of complex engineering systems, capital-intensive solutions, and strategic business growth. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers Business School, where his research focused on the five key factors required for the scalable growth of enterprises. In addition, he earned an Executive MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers, an MS in Electrical Engineering from NJIT, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and the Arts.  Licensed as a Professional Engineer in over two dozen U.S. states and accredited as an ATD by the Uptime Institute, Dr. Fleming possesses one of the most extensive combinations of academic and technical credentials in the field.

Over his career, Dr. Fleming has led multiple organizations, including serving as CEO of Argo Critical Solutions. He also held embedded roles with leading financial institutions on critical systems teams, playing an integral role in sustaining 99.99999% uptime of their mission-critical delivery operations. His work includes complex projects in data center management, Critical infrastructure commissioning, MEP infrastructure design, forensic diagnostics and root cause analysis, and disaster recovery. These assignments have demanded real-time, high-consequence decision-making under rigorous regulatory and operational constraints—skills he applies directly in the management of operational risk and strategic financial planning. His unique ability to bridge deep engineering problems with business-critical outcomes makes him a trusted advisor in high-stakes environments.
